Club Newbie Guide

I welcome you to the Barrhaven Toastmasters family. I'm sure the knowledge you bring from your other Toastmasters experience will help to enrich our club. We use our club website to coordinate our weekly meetings. For example, you can book a role on a meeting roster or send a message to all club members. Here's how to get it started.

Your first step should be to register on the website.

  1. Click on "create new account" link on the left hand sidebar.
  2. Fill in as much information as possible on all fields on the registration form.
  3. For the Bio section, fill in your biography which other members can used to prepare for the introduction.
  4. Click "Create new account".

You will receive an email to confirm your new account request. Once the site administrator approves your request, you will receive the second email containing the club website login information. Should you need any help in these steps, send an email to helpdesk@barrhaventoastmasters.ca
