We had a great meeting Jan 5 - first meeting of 2011!

Heather lead the meeting with the meeting theme "Beginnings" - a great uplifting theme for the beginning of the year 2011. Thank you Heather. Samuel gave a speech on "Fair Trade Coffee" - very informative speech on how the profit is made and shared back to the coffee farmers on Fair Trade. This was his project #5 on his Advanced Communicator projects. Congratulations Samuel for finishing half Advanced Communicator. Matt delivered a speech on time management - very good tips (with his own examples) from "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People". This was his #2 project from CC manual. Well done Matt. Felice gave a short Toast to start the new year with the celebration, and Gord (Joke master) gave a timeless classic joke to bring the laughter to the meeting. Thank you for doubling up the roles Felice and Gord. Best Table Topics speaker was won by Rattan on providing the best answer to the question "Who have you lost in touch with that you'd like to contact this year?"
